Are You Drinking More Than Is Healthy?

It is sometimes hard to tell if you are drinking more than is good for you.  Most people drink more than they think, especially when drinking at home.

Doctors agree that drinking more than the recommended guidelines can be damaging to a person's health in the short and long term.  

Guidelines for adults

Men:
No more than 3-4 units in a day and no more than 21 units in one week

Women:
No more than 2-3 units in a day and no more than 14 units a week.

In addition, it is recommended that we should all have at least 2 days a week without any alcohol.
