Alcoholic drinks contain more calories than you might realise. A pint of beer and a glass of wine contain around 200 calories - about the same as a portion of fries or a donut. When you've had a few drinks it's tempting to snack as well so your calorie intake goes up even more. Do you think about calories when you're drinking? Have you cut back on alcohol because you're trying to lose weight?
