ServeWise Personal Licence Holder's Course
This is for personal licence holders and managers of licensed premises. It leads to the City & Guilds qualification, the Certificate for Scottish Personal Licence Holders.
- This is a mandatory qualification so there are no entrance requirements
- 1 day course with pre-course and follow up home study
- Delivered by licensed ServeWise Trainers
- Can be tailored to suit on and off-licence candidates
- Course content is specified by the Scottish Government and covers an introduction to licensing, responsible operation of licensed premises and the effect of irresponsible operation on society and health
- 40 question multiple choice assessment completed at the end of the training session, awarded by City & Guilds and accredited by Scottish Qualifications Authority for the purposes of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005
ServeWise personal licence holder courses and the Certificate for Scottish Personal Licence Holders are available through ServeWise and its satellite centres and through selected City & Guilds centres.
