Service User Involvement

Effective service user involvement enables commissioners, service providers and service users to evidence outcomes, ensure the quality of services and continuously improve the support available to people seeking recovery from an alcohol or drug problem.

Alcohol Focus Scotland offers a range of support and services for people wanting to develop their service user involvement approach including training, consultation and consultancy.
