Cross Party Group on Drugs and Alcohol Misuse – Thursday 12th January 2012 at the Scottish Parliament.  The topic at this meeting was the Rethinking Alcohol Licensing report, which focuses attention on the key purpose of licensing as a regulatory activity to control alcohol-related harm and the need for Licensing Boards to have robust evidence based policy to inform their decision making.
