Michael Matheson MSP, Minister for Public Health
Michael was elected as the MSP for Falkirk West following the May 2007 elections. Previous to that he was a Regional MSP for Central Scotland from 1999 - 2007. He has served on a range of Parliamentary Committee's including Health and Sport, Europe & External Relations, Justice and Enterprise and Culture.

Sir Crispin Agnew
Sir Crispin Agnew frequently acts for local authorities on all aspects of their work including licensing. He is the author of published legal text books on Liquor Licensing.
Dr James Nicholls
Dr Nicholls has written on the history of drinking cultures, contemporary alcohol policy and media coverage of alcohol stories. He has given evidence to the House of Commons Health Committee inquiry into alcohol and has contributed to consultations on national alcohol policy with NICE.
