Reducing harm caused by alcohol

Alcohol occasional seminar series

Scottish Health Action on Alcohol Problems (SHAAP) and the Scottish Alcohol Research Network (SARN) are pleased to announce their lunchtime 'Alcohol Occasional' seminar series.

These showcase innovative research on alcohol use and provide the chance for researchers, practitioners and policymakers to hear and discuss alcohol-related topics over lunch at the Royal College of Physicians in Edinburgh. Each seminar runs from 12.30-2pm.

The theme for this year's seminar series is 'Alcohol and Health Inequalities'.
