Updated - Jack Laws Lands End to John O Groats cycling challenge

Retired Chief Executive of Alcohol Focus Scotland, Jack Law, will be enjoying retirement by cycling nearly 1,000 miles from Lands End to John O Groats.Jack and his friend Charlie Woods will set off on Sunday 23rd May and expect to take under a month to complete the challenging task.
Jack is fundraising for Alcohol Focus Scotland and says "Its been a dream of mine for some time and now that I'm retired, I thought this would be a great time to mark a big change" "Alcohol Focus Scotland is also about change and since I've worked for the organisation for 10 years, what better way to say thanks for all the great experiences I've had."
