Free Alcohol Awareness Sessions

In Scotland, alcohol is everywhere. It affects our health, wellbeing and wider society.

Alcohol Focus Scotland are offering a limited number of free alcohol-awareness sessions to teams or groups to help build a deeper understanding of Scotland’s relationship with alcohol, including key facts, figures, and the wider effects on health and wellbeing.

You’ll discover the impact alcohol can have on our physical and mental health, relationships, and everyday life. You’ll also learn how Alcohol Focus Scotland is making a difference and how you can be part of creating positive change in your community.

Get in touch to find out more and book your team session – email enquiries@alcohol-focus-scotland.org.uk

If a team session isn’t the right fit for you, you can still take part by joining our open Alcohol Awareness session on 12 November, as part of Alcohol Action Week.
